We'd like to preface this section by saying that we understand hosting a destination wedding presents unique challenges & there is no pressure if you aren't able to join us. We look forward to celebrating with everyone at some point soon - whether that's near or far!

The Southern Vermont Arts Center is a multi-disciplinary arts organization in Manchester, Vermont. Situated on over 100 acres of pristine forest right in the heart of the Green Mountains, SVAC offers first-class service and arts culture in a traditional New England setting.

Kimpton Taconic Hotel
Nestled within historic Manchester Village, Kimpton Taconic offers unlimited access to all things Vermont. Its 86 guest rooms, suites and cottages are inspired by grand inns of the 19th and 20th centuries – providing guests with the intimacy of a boutique hotel, but the appeal of an old resort.

Welcome to Vermont! Join us to kick-off the weekend festivities. At the Southern Vermont Arts Center, we’ll sip cocktails and say our hellos – with the backdrop of the Yester House Galleries fine art showrooms. *We encourage you to make a dinner reservation prior to this event.

EVENT 2
WEDDING CEREMONY
4:00 PM - 4:30 PM, Sep 14, 2024

Our ceremony will take place outside of the museum, facing the Green Mountains. The SVAC property is about a 4 minute drive up the road from the Kimpton Taconic Hotel. Guests should arrange transportation to and from the Ceremony back to the Reception site. Plenty of parking is available at the venue.
If you are having difficulty finding transportation for yourself, we are happy to help connect you with other guests! *Please note: there no Ubers in the area.
The ceremony is in a grassy area, so keep that in mind for shoe choices!

COCKTAILS & RECEPTION

Let's get partying! Cocktail hour will begin on the hotel porch with our signature drinks and hors d'oeuvres. We will then move the party under our outdoor tent for dinner, (more) drinks, toasts and dancing.

AFTER PARTY

Mulligan's Restaurant & Pub

When the reception ends, Sarah will be changing into PJ's for the rest of the night. Mulligan’s is directly across the street from the hotel, so we'll all mosey over there together when the party's over. We'll have some late-night bites and free drinks until Brian Goldenberg goes to bed. Don't forget to bring your ID!
